Service excellence

Available as a standalone module or as part of our strategy and performance suite, the Clearview service excellence module provides a unique integration between projects and any framework held within the module. This enables you to track and manage both current performance and continuous improvement.

The module is flexible to suit your requirements. You can define which service excellence standards you want to measure and report against or input your own service excellence measures and indicators.

In a nutshell, the service excellence module enables you to:

  • Manage and deliver service excellence, with comprehensive tracking of all outcomes;
  • Score your progress towards excellence for each outcome on either a 6-point rating scale, or using the Audit Commission strength/weakness reporting;
  • Match corporate projects and action plans to service ecellence outcomes, to demonstrate how you are moving towards an excellent performance and where performance gaps remain;
  • Address gaps in performance, linking to new improvement plans in a systematic way, to demonstrate self awareness and a strong continuous improvement methodology during inspections or reviews;
  • Prioritise tasks in preparation for any inspection or review processes;
  • Link to documentary evidence; and
  • Develop new service excellence standards tailored to your organisation’s requirements.
