Over 90 RSLs (with more than 500,000 homes in management between them), are now licensed to use Clearview's products. Of all the clients in the sector using a performance management solution product, Clearview has the most contracts in place. Indeed it has more contracts with social housing clients than all of its major competitors combined.
Clearview's clients range from traditional social landlords like The Peabody Trust in London to much newer LSVTs such as Equity Housing Group in Manchester or Derwentside in County Durham. They also range in size from 50,000+ units like Affinity Sutton in Central London to around 1,500 units such as Eden in Cumbria or Croydon Churches in Greater London.
The one thing that they all have in common is that they are looking to move their organisations forward, striving for excellence and delivering better service to their customers.
