Past projects
The team's most recent project was to raise money for the deaf blind charity SENSE.
SENSE is the leading national charity that supports and campaigns for children and adults who are deafblind. They provide expert advice and information as well as specialist services to deafblind people, their families, carers and the professionals who work with them. They also support people who have sensory impairments with additional disabilities.
Clearview supported the work of this fantastic charity by sending two teams to take on 'The Ridge Walk' challenge, which they completed on 24 April 2010. Mark Hobart, Ian Hilton-Turvey, Stephen McKay, Ruth Vickeridge, Cyril Pulleng, David Madden, Phil Duddridge and Harpreet Singh trekked 31 miles and climbed 2,300 feet in 12 hours across the oldest road in Britain, The Ridgeway. Ali Faraz, Nicky Hawkins and Sheryl Synnuck made up the support crew who supported the trekkers every step of the way providing vital tea and encouragement! Clearview succeeded in raising over £2,500 for this very worthy cause.
